Cancellations & deposits
We require a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. Please understand that when you rearrange or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
For this reason, we respectfully advise that deposits are strictly non-refundable within a 24-hour notice period. We know life happens so we like to be as flexible as possible. That’s why you can make changes to your appointment or reschedule up to 24 hours before you’re due to visit.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given the appointment cost will be charged in full. If booked online the appointment cost will automatically be taken by our booking system. Appointments booked via phone or in person must be paid before you can book another appointment.
Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in no further bookings. All circumstances will be treated equally and apply to EVERYONE.
A skin test is required 48 hours before you visit the salon for your colour appointment. No appointment is necessary for the skin test.

Every new client
Every client who has not had a colour or skin test at Concept for 6 months
